I watched Deligracy's - Sims 3 Speed build - Starter Home (Base Game Only) and loved the house. However, because I no longer have Sims 3, I thought I might try and create it in the Sims 4. The lot cost's exactly 17,500 on the cheapest lot and can be brought straight away. I took from Deligracy the layout and overall appearance but changed the interior colour sheme and kitchen.
