In my opinion, the hardest of all the Deli BuildCrest Challanegs and the one I saved for last. This is also the only community lot that I built (& without CC!). This is meant to be a community center where sims of all ages can come have a place to hang out, build their skills, do work or homework and generally stay out of trouble.
