After an armed robbery attempt that went horribly wrong the Hard Times Liquor store was shuttered and fell into disrepair. While the Self Storage place out back is still doing well, it's also a known haven for criminal elements. I built this for a criminal sim I'm playing in a personal challenge to use as his "Lair".
