when Ruby and Marco saw this venue they were immediately in love, intil they saw the price. It was far above their budget. But they still decided to contact the owner, mabey he had more venues for less. When they finaly met the owner, he appeared to be one of Marco's butler teacher from butlerschool, and Marco was one of his best studens.
