So I made the first house on the left as a home for my sim that I'm gonna play with(I'll explain further in the comments), but I wanted it on a half lot. I was just gonna build a shell beside it then I built a full house with another sim household in mind. The right house has been untouched since the original owners had it, no work done nada(70s era).
