The left building has plenty of party functionality: a cinema, karaoke area, spa and photography room. Upstairs is an apartment where Ryan stays when he's in town. There is a manicured garden in the shape of an R and the pool/bar from the show. The house on the right is Raquelle's, with a large formal dining room and two living rooms, one with chaise longue. #barbie #raquelle
