A little shop that has everything. I created it for a sim that colects iteams, bakes sweet goods, "designs" clothes and then sells them at his/hers shop. It's build on a bigger lot, so you have tons of space to expand. If you want to just make it a bakery, clothes shop or just a stuff shop just take the items you don't need and switch them out with other ones.
