2 years later and I had totaly forgot about this build. But here is the furnished part 2 that I once built for Deligracys lets play. Hope you like it but know that there is an unfurnished version with a lot less packs. If you want to furnish it yourself :). In my version there is only 3 bedrooms, but there are many rooms that one can renovate to bedrooms.
