Keept the exterior shell and totally changed the inside (imho it was one of the worst) the studio room can be transformed in an extra bedroom for a kid or teen, but you can play with 1 sim or a couple under with under 20k budget - and managed to fit a fireplace yay :D #starter #daisyhovel #renovation #willowcreek
