#delibuildcrest #deligracy - I got a distinct vibe from this lot - very "peace love and mung beans, baby" so I went with it to get a late 70s early 80s relaxed family style. Extended out the back to add more living space, another bathroom and a covered deck. I shrank the existing bath and turned it into an ensuite so I could make the kitchen bigger. In the backyard I moved the odd fenced bit and turned it into a pond with water feature, added play equipment and a sandpit.
