I rennovated this EA lot - I always loved this location, although it is not a starter home anymore. I added a ton of windows to maximize that beach view, updated the upstairs to have an onsuite bath on the master, and a kids room. There is an office space at the top of the stairs, and the downstairs has ample space for a small family with a dog. My favorite space has to be the kitchen.
