I renovated this lot as a part of the #delibuildcrest challenge by #deligracy. I've tried to keep the bones of the house pretty much the same. I furnished it with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, but the office and living room could be made into additional bedrooms. Fully playtested, and the only thing that my sim couldn't use was the umbrella stand. Some of the office bookshelf clutter ended up in his household inventory, though, and the loveseat kept catching on fire when he lit the firepit.
