This is exactly like my regular StrangerVille Town Hall EXCEPT it's backwards! The reason why is because I really think the building looks better when its facing the other way. You can just rotate the original BUT for some reason when you do that some of the walls dissapear and the sidewalk gets messed up. So, this is the only solution I could come up with!
