Villa Minimalista
I #playtested this place & sims get a porely decorated house moodlet, so there's that... but I really think it is just nice #modern look. I'm really pround of the functional #kidsplayground patio - parents can watch kids play through the windows anywhere in the home. Also: koi carps in almost all of the #fountains, decent backyard, #garage on the front and even a #homegym! And it costs #under200k, quite ok prize for this big of a house. #moveobjects #liveeditobjects #delibuildcrest
