So this is my second design for #DecemberSimsieShell :) This is for 1-2 sims who I imagine is into music and art. Downstairs they have a big kitchen, a cozy living room and lots of places to sit and hang out with friends. A small half-bathroom is placed downstairs as well. Upstairs at the loft you have the bedroom, a big bathroom, workspace with a computer etc. In the lovely backyard you have a pool, a grill, some outdoor seatings and place to work on your sims gardeing skill. #modern #loft
