My submission for lilsimsie's December Shell Challenge! This old, eclectic building is known colloquially in Glimmerbrook as the "Witch College;" Today, it's a library and community hub, offering centuries of history and learning for both natural and supernatural sims. A former magical institution of learning, sims are seen paying tribute to the statue of its founder, Astrid Estrada, west of the entrance.
