This is my interpretation of lilsimsie's december shell challenge. This is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom modern home with an open concept main floor that contains a quaint half bathroom. The three bedrooms can be found upstairs with two kids rooms, a secondary bathroom, and a master suite. The backyard is great for entertaining!
