This house is base game only so everybody can download and enjoy it: A big, modern house for a little family (two parents and their child). With a flowery balcony on the second floor this house is perfect for people who enjoy the outdoors, and there's a backyard pool with a place where you can sit down and eat together. I built this house as part of lilsimsie's shell challenge. I really enjoyed building this house and it was very challenging not touching any of the walls. #DecemberSimsieShell :)
