When The Mighty Car Modder saw this old, run down building it screamed only one thing to him; CAR SHOP! So, he turned the original building into a car shop where he could do the one thing he loves most in this world; repair and modify old cars! Since his wife hated the idea of him spending all this time in the garage away from her, she decided the best solution was to simply extend the original building to also accommodate a living space for them.
