This neatly appointed Victorian belonged to the successful merchant who donated the land next door for the park. With her parents deceased, Fern Finley went about adding her own flair to the home in an attempt to contradict the cliche of a Dowdy Librarian. Pink trim on the exterior and a mix of family antiques and colourful accents on the inside. She even re-tiled the pool and is known to skinny-dip on warm summer evenings.
