Use BB.Moveobjects on before placing the house! I did a tropical house for LilSimsie's december shell challenge. It got three bedrooms one for a toddler, a teenager and the parents. It got one bathroom and a laundry room, a big garden with a pool and much activities for the kids and the parents, and the dog.
