This house is perfect for a small family. At #under20k you can move your sims into this home right away. There is quite a few #debug items adorning the house and #noccart. This #starterhome has one large master bed and bath and a small room set up for a feminie child but can be easily adjusted. I tried to include a few activities with the house but there are no electronics so you will have to add a computer or tv. This build only uses #seasons and #gettogether.
