People said they were crazy when they converted these abandoned factories into townhouses but when the neighborhood became the hottest spot in town even the alley in between got snapped up! Done for James Turner's Thin House Challenge. Thin house is completly funtional on it's own (3bed, 2 1/2 baths) I have also set up the side townhouses with bottom floor apartments but kept it "technically" within 100 tiles.
