The Windenburg was not always a #restaurant but the home of William Windenburg of Wigmane. After the winter fire of 1702, the Windenburg was gutted and not #renovated until 1968. Until then, the townsfolk referred to it as "The Eyesore". Presently, the Windenburg is a center of entertainment with an eclectic menu and a formal #wedding room and #reception area with a #bar and #dance #floor. Some say William's ghost can be seen running through the building with lit matches! #marriage #club
