This is my first ever build. Its lilsimsies december shell challenge. I know its late but i thought that i will still do it. Its a modern home. It has a nice pool in the backyard, there is a bar with a seating area and a patio on the roof with a seating area and a hottub. There is also a guest house on the property wich can fit 1-2 sims.
