I updated the previous house I did for 1990 of the decades challenge. I knocked down some walls to make it a more open floorplan. It now is only for parents with a teenager and a child. But there is also a guest bedroom. So in total, 6 Sims can sleep here. Also, there is a safe house in the back which sleeps another Sim.
