The first house built by my historical gameplay swedish immigrants when they came to the new land in 1850. This only has the very basics. Woodwork and flower arrange to earn money. I'd move the mailbox, outdoor bin and pee-bush further out (so you don't have to see it) but grouped them together for easy placing.
