A classic British 2 up 2 down. The left house is just a shell. To keep it a starter home it had to be pretty sparsely furnished. I like it when my sims need to work for things anyway. It does technically breah some rules of the decades challenge, but no wallpaper in the Victorian era makes no sense to me. I have no idea what I used from City Living.
