Functional elementary school. If you have Get to Work, you can assign club doors to each of the classrooms and have "classes" meet in them. Rooms include- Reading/Writing room, Art room, Science room, Music room, a Cafeteria (make a cooking group to meet there and cook the kids lunch), and restrooms.
