I built this lovely apartment on the Lot of Cypress Terrace to replace the Kim-Lewis residence. I made it into 3 separate units. I imagined that the person living on the 1st floor as roomates maybe, 2nd floor is a 3person family and the 3rd floor as an elderly person or couple thats a bibliophile, and the spare bedroom was turned into a study. there is also a pool, gym and a cafe also a community garden at the back. #CypressTerrace# WillowCreek #SaintSaber1989 #Apartment #MultiFamily
