50 years ago this house was an orphanage, then it spent many years in disrepair. A wealthy sim moved into town and renovated the orphanage (which now doubles as an after school center). Some kiddos only need to stay for a few hours after school, some stay until they are adopted. The staff quarters is located in the basement, and includes a full double suite.
