Renovation of the Cypress Terrace house of the Spencer-Kim-Lewis family in Willow Creek. I added an extra bedroom for a teen that can also be modified to become a guest bedroom. I tried to make sure not to place too many items on the lot to hopefully ensure it can be played on all systems. I tried to limit the amount of packs I used.
