In the rural hills of Windenburg you'll find a historic house called The Poe Bear And Raven. Built in 1764, it first served as a lodge for the travelling bear hunters. As the bears moved further into the wilds The Poe Bear And Raven was almost forgotten. It wasn't the same again until the Poe Society decided to host their fortnightly poem recitals at the lodge.
