3 Chinese couples, who have been friends for decades, decided to renovate a 50x40 residence in Southern China to use as their retirement home. This retirement facility has plently of greenery, with iconic lakes and rock mountains, and plenty of places for tea. The main house has 3 floors, which include a lounge, game room, cafeteria, gym, sauna, karaoke/movie room, balcony, bar and more.
