Lily had a lot on her plate what with work, gardening, and building a relationship with her new roommate, Thomas. Thus, there was no landscaping around the house except for a stray plant that escaped the small greenhouse. She knew this was not going to garner her top dollar for the house when she sold it, but that didn't matter, she just couldn't bring herself to do the painstaking work.
