I renovated #MaritimeManor to better suit my sims. I despise the factor you can't have a stove in a #HOUSE just because it is #studentliving like WHAT! #MAXIS #FIXIT #ridiculous. Anyways, added a fourth bedroom and made it more fun and livable.
