A different take on the extremely popular build #ModernO by #MrOlkan and not too many more simoleons. Although the #CourtyardOasis kit suggests enclosed rooms surrounding an open-air courtyard I chose to keep somewhat close to the original build and created several outdoor "rooms around the exterior. Maybe not as family-oriented as the original (sorry, ditched the basement playroom for a spa). Thanks for the great build MrOlkan. I'm still playing the original.
