Yuma Heights is the perfect place to renovate using the new #courtyardoasis kit. I built this using only that kit and base game. You sim will enjoy the indoor courtyard and the wonderful views from the 2nd floor. There is a mother-in-law suite on the 1st floor off the kitchen and a nursery/toddler room right off the master suite on the 2nd floor.
