When making this build I envisioned a couple who has worked hard and went to college then in their later years had children. One of the bedrooms is for two girls or if you prefer something else. The 2nd Bedroom is for a toddler and a new born baby or maybe a baby on the way. There is a play room upstairs as well and a large bathroom.
