This house is kind of based on Lucas's house from One Tree Hill. I looked up the zillow listing for the actual house as inspiration, but the interior decoration is all new. It is 2 bedrooms with an office, but you could turn the office into another bedroom if needed. Very cute! Nice back yard and garden.
