I #fixed the area where the sims would get stuck behind the staircase and added a #pond in the front. 3 FLOORS. Has 4 bedrooms (1 girl's bedroom and 1 master bedroom included), 3 bathrooms. Includes large kitchen, living room, dining room and bar, garden, pool, deck, elevated staircase, office, gym equipment, and a painting area. Also includes a presentable "garage".
