This shop is set up to sell sim paintings and sculptures. =] There is space to put whatever you want; wall space, shelf space, clothing mannequins with a closet, freezer/warmer for food, && a small storage room for paintings. The other half is a cafe complete with an outdoor patio dining area. The bathrooms I designed like stalls, & they are super cute and commercial.
