I renovated the Crick Cabana lot so that it was slightly less... sad to live in. I'm pretty sure I used basegame items only. The build is still under 20, 000 so it can be used as a starter home. There are 2 bedrooms, one furnished for a toddler. Includes TV, computer and not the worst level appliances :-D. The walls are kind of bare because paintings are expensive, so I put an easel in so your sim can paint their own :-). #basegame #starter #starterhome #crickcabana #small #willowcreek #family
