Yo, it's Crick Cabana from Willow Creek. Only it looks nothing like Crick Cabana, and has some eco features. Basically, I took the Crick Cabana lot and made it my own. It's the perfect small family home. It could have 4 bedrooms- one is a study, another is a playroom. My sims had twins so I have a little toddler twin room set up.
