This house might look sort of OK on the outside, however the inside is a total mess. The late owner was a some what exentric person, (oh, forget it- he was completely insane) who hated people (hence the moat) never threw anything away and had no taste in decor. Some of the house isn't even functional! Now, on acount of it being cheap, single mom Mia Hartley and her son Sam have bought the house. They haven't got much money, so they have a buget of only 7k.
