Another #renovation project with #EA builds. This time we're in sunny #OasisSprings at the #Springscape lot. I wanted to keep the price below what it was, which I achieved at well under #60k. I kept the house shape and did not make many wall changes. There are three bedrooms- with enough room to sleep five Sims, as well as two full bathrooms. The living space was opened up for the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Out back there is a pool (necessary in desert heat), a garden area, and BBQ!
