Grubby Apartments
Not the best place to live, but not the worst either. These cheap one room apartments come with the most basic of amenities, stingy parking and neighbors that mostly keep to themselves. The maintenance man rarely comes around so the pool is never cleaned/fixed/filled in the hot summer months, and the little bit of greenery availiable is never maintained.
