I wanted to be sure I could get a singel sim into a city based Farmstead that had enough space to grow a family. It will hold up to 6 sims. Right now it only has partial furnishing. A full bath upstairs, a 3/4 bath down, kitchen is useable but would be nicer with more goodies when your sims have the money, One double bed upstairs but 2 empty bedrooms waiting for a growing family. You should have enough money to buy either a cow or llama and a few chickens to start. #AvaVonH#CountryLiving
