This has been playtested. No Custom Content, but you should own Kitchen Game Pack, Perfect Patio, and Spa Day as a minimum. Modern multi-tiered house. Wanted a blend of warm colors, woods, stone and concrete. Has a very open concept and is much like I would make a modern house for myself.
