Based on HGTV's 2016 Urban Oasis. MOO was used for window placement. I got this as close as I could, but the dimensions of the living room and dining room are bigger because they had to be for functionality. Not enough room for the giant garage/outdoor patio but I did add a small room that could be a workshop or playhouse.
